Cary Kane LLP believes the firm’s most important asset is its intelligent, qualified and dedicated employees at all levels of the organization. We offer prospective employees, whether professionals or not, the opportunity to grow and prosper with the firm. We want all employees to be treated fairly by the firm, to be respected for what they contribute to the firm’s mission and success, and to be properly compensated for what they do. We want to recruit the best and the brightest attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

We offer a professional environment for the practice of law. We believe attorneys function best when we regard each other as colleagues. We have an “open door” policy for all attorneys. Every attorney is expected to take whatever time is needed to assist another. We also believe it important to practice law with full regard to maintaining the highest ethical standards prescribed by the Canon of Ethics and/or the law. The firm gladly pays the fees for an attorney’s admissions, continuing education, and membership in a professional association of the attorney’s choice. The firm will pay for associates to attend conferences taking place around the country. We want attorneys who think creatively about what they are doing and take responsibility for making sure that all work is timely and properly performed. While we expect every attorney to work hard and get the job done, we also encourage them to take their vacations and enjoy their holidays and weekends. With approval by the firm, associates are encouraged to write for professional journals, become involved with professional societies, or undertake matters pro bono.

Cary Kane LLP does not have a formal recruiting program. We do, however, encourage prospective candidates seeking a position as an attorney, paralegal, or staff member to submit a resume and cover letter expressing interest.  Resumes and letters of inquiry can either be e-mailed or snail-mailed to Larry Cary, Esq., 1350 Broadway, Suite 1400, New York, NY 10018 or lcary@carykane.com.
